Your progress is automatically saved locally. For cloud backup, sign in with Google or Apple in Settings to sync across devices.

If you had cloud save enabled (Google/Apple sign-in), simply sign in on your new device to restore. If you only had local saves, unfortunately progress cannot be recovered after an uninstall.

Your civilization continues producing energy while you're away, up to a maximum offline duration. Return to the game to collect your accumulated earnings. Cosmic Members enjoy extended offline hours.

Dark Matter is a premium currency earned through prestige resets, daily rewards, challenges, and optional purchases. Use it to buy permanent upgrades, unlock Architects, and accelerate research.

Once you reach certain Kardashev milestones, you can Prestige to reset your energy and generators in exchange for Dark Matter and permanent production bonuses. Each prestige makes your next run faster.

First, try restarting the app. If items still haven't appeared, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, contact us at the email above with your purchase receipt.

iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Kardashev Ascension > Cancel
Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Kardashev Ascension > Cancel

Try closing other apps, restarting your device, or reinstalling the game (make sure cloud save is enabled first). Kardashev Ascension works best on devices running iOS 14+ or Android 8+.
